The Health Sciences Center was constructed to provide affordable, innovative and academically sound programs that will enable students to be the diverse health care professionals needed to meet the challenges of the coming years.  With a concentration of studies that emphasizes health promotion, wellness, disease prevention and quality of life, the Health Science Center at Essex County College will provide the resources and training necessary to develop the specialized knowledge and experience that will be needed in the delivery of competent and compassionate health care.

The Health Sciences Center is housed within a new three-story 30,000 SF addition. Three distinct areas are housed within the center, which include Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Radiography.
