This project consists of the removal and replacement of existing built-up roofing system at the Morris Hills High School Academy Building, including all flashings, trim, associated work, etc. Approximate square footage is 17,500 s.f. (note that this is for informational purposes only, contractor shall prepare their own quantity take-offs and estimate).
Contract work may start immediately. All work is to occur after school hours, on second shift, between 3:00 and 11:00 pm. Substantial Completion shall be achieved on June 15, 2017.
